Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Sparkle By Tasnim. We take pride in creating handmade cosmetics and self-care products with care and attention. Because our products are freshly made and fall under personal care and hygiene items, our return and refund policy is slightly different from general retail.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or unsealed.

We will only accept returns if:

  1. The product arrived damaged, defective, or in the wrong item/variant.
  2. The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days, using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Products past their expiry date.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
  • If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
